1st Phase

Elaboration of the application and answering requests for clarification

1. Define a strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and with the priorities of the notices of the targeted incentive system.

2. Define the global map of investments to be made in the project and its scheduling.

3. In R&D projects, support the team in defining the activity plan and selecting people.

4. Write the texts foreseen for the application.

5. Assess the application’s approval potential.

6. Carry out the economic and financial study according to the data provided.

7. Manage the application form with the input of data and texts.

8. Submit the application within the deadline.

9. Respond within 10 mandatory business days to any requests for clarification.

Permanent monitoring

1. Permanent contact with the project manager to ensure that the results are being achieved.

2. Clarification of doubts to optimize the allocation of expenses to the project.

3. Monthly, typically, project monitoring meetings.

4. Support in responding to clarification requests.

5. Organization of the project file (virtual and physical).
