Through visits to the “shop floor” and interviews with those responsible for each of the key areas, we carry out a diagnosis of the state of the art of the organization and its business processes, given the industry 4.0 challenges.
Following the diagnosis, we prepared a report with the indication of strategies to be adopted for the digital transformation and its framing in financing systems for Productive Innovation, SME Qualification or Research & Development (R&D) and also the SIFIDE tax incentive.
